Production & Quality Control

Our aluminum channels are manufactured using advanced extrusion technology with precision dies. The production process includes billet preheating, hot extrusion, on-line quenching, stretching & straightening, artificial aging (T5/T6), and final inspection. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality testing including dimensional verification, 硬度测试 (Rockwell/Brinell), tensile strength testing, chemical composition analysis (spectrometer), and surface quality inspection. Material test certificates (MTC) can be provided upon request.

Standard Packaging: Aluminum channels are bundled with protective film interleaving, strapped with steel bands, and packed on wooden pallets or in wooden crates suitable for sea freight. Anodized/powder coated profiles receive additional protective film wrapping.
