Our Stainless Steel Round Bar (also known as stainless steel round rod or solid shaft) is manufactured from premium stainless steel billets through hot rolling, cold drawing, peeling, or precision grinding processes. Raw Material: Chemical composition analysis (spectrometer), PMI testing, heat number verification
Process Control: In-line dimensional monitoring, surface inspection, temperature control
Finished Product: Dimensional verification (micrometer, caliper), surface finish inspection, hardness test (Rockwell/Brinell/Vickers), tensile test (предел текучести, предел прочности, elongation), impact test (Charpy V-notch), ultrasonic testing (UT) for internal defects, eddy current testing (ET) for surface defects
