Our Stainless Steel Strip (also known as stainless steel coil, stainless steel band, or stainless steel foil) is manufactured from premium stainless steel through hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing, and pickling processes. With excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, precise thickness tolerance, and various surface finishes, stainless strips are widely used in automotive, electronics, kitchenware, construction, medical equipment, and general manufacturing. We supply a comprehensive range of stainless steel strips in 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 410, 420, 430, and 201 grades, with custom widths, thicknesses, and surface finishes available.

Process Control: In-line thickness monitoring (gamma ray/X-ray gauge), surface inspection, tension control, annealing temperature monitoring
Finished Product: Thickness measurement (micrometer), width measurement, coil weight verification, surface finish inspection, hardness test (Rockwell/Vickers), tensile test (yield strength, tensile strength, elongation), cupping test (formability), salt spray test (corrosion resistance)
Documentation: Mill Test Certificate (MTC) per EN 10204 3.1, material traceability, conformity certificate
Ambalare & Transport
Ambalare: Standard export packaging – coils wrapped with waterproof paper, plastic film, and steel straps; wooden pallets or crates; edge protectors; PVC caps for inner diameter protection; individual wrapping for bright/mirror finishes
Marking: Steel grade, dimensiune, heat number, standard, manufacturer logo (labeled on coil and packaging)
