Product Overview
Tub din aluminiu 6061 is a precipitation-hardened aluminum-magnesium-silicon (Al-Mg-Si) alloy tube, one of the most versatile and widely used aluminum alloys for structural applications. It combines medium-to-high strength, excellent weldability, good corrosion resistance, and superior machinability. Our 6061 aluminum tubes are available as seamless tubes and extruded tubes, in T4, T5, T6 and T6511 tempers, produced per ASTM B210, ASTM B221, GB/T 4437, ÎN 755 and JIS H4080 standards, with custom outer diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths.

Dimensional Inspection: DE, wall thickness, roundness, straightness, and length checks
Surface Inspection: Visual inspection for scratches, die lines, pits, and stains
Pressure Testing: Hydrostatic or eddy current testing for seamless tubes (on request)
Documentation: Mill Test Certificate (MTC), material traceability, conformity certificate
