Fabrication and Heat Treatment
Machinability
Aluminium / Aluminiu 6061 alloy has good machinability in harder T 4 and T6 tempers. It can be machined in an annealed temper.
Forming
Aluminium / Aluminiu 6061 alloy can be easily formed and worked in the annealed condition. The standard methods are used to perform bending, Ștampilare, deep drawing, and spinning operations.
Welding
Aluminium / Aluminiu 6061 alloy has excellent weldability. Thinner sections can be welded using the gas tungsten arc welding technique.
Forging
Aluminium / Aluminiu 6061 alloy is forged at 233 to 483°C (750 to 900°F).

O: Calitatea este prioritară. Fabrica noastră a obținut autentificarea SGS. Garantăm mărfurile din fabrica noastră 100% calificat. Și fiecare proces, avem o operare foarte strictă și aranjam 2 tehnicieni să inspecteze. După ce produsele sunt terminate, vom face ultimul test pentru a ridica produsele necalificate.

O: În general, acceptăm 30% T/T ca depozit și 70% contra cu copie B/L
