Canale in alluminio (also known as U-channel aluminum or C-channel aluminum) is a versatile structural profile with a U-shaped cross-section, widely used in construction, curtain walls, machinery frames, automotive components, involucri elettrici, solar mounting systems, and general fabrication. We supply high-quality aluminum channels in 6061, 6063, 6060, 6082 E 6463 alloys, with T5, T6, T4 and T66 tempers. Production & Quality Control
Our aluminum channels are manufactured using advanced extrusion technology with precision dies. The production process includes billet preheating, hot extrusion, on-line quenching, stretching & straightening, artificial aging (T5/T6), and final inspection. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality testing including dimensional verification, hardness testing (Rockwell/Brinell), tensile strength testing, chemical composition analysis (spectrometer), and surface quality inspection. Material test certificates (MTC) can be provided upon request.
Confezione & Spedizione
Standard Packaging: Aluminum channels are bundled with protective film interleaving, strapped with steel bands, and packed on wooden pallets or in wooden crates suitable for sea freight. Anodized/powder coated profiles receive additional protective film wrapping.
Trade Terms: FOB Qingdao/Shanghai, CIF, CFR, DDU, DDP available
Payment: T/T (30% deposit, 70% prima della spedizione), L/C at sight, or negotiable
