Our Stainless Steel Strip (also known as stainless steel coil, stainless steel band, or stainless steel foil) is manufactured from premium stainless steel through hot rolling, cold rolling, recuit, and pickling processes. With excellent corrosion resistance, haute résistance, precise thickness tolerance, and various surface finishes, stainless strips are widely used in automotive, électronique, ustensiles de cuisine, construction, équipement médical, and general manufacturing. Finished Product: Thickness measurement (micrometer), width measurement, coil weight verification, surface finish inspection, hardness test (Rockwell/Vickers), tensile test (limite d'élasticité, résistance à la traction, elongation), cupping test (formabilité), salt spray test (résistance à la corrosion)
