Product Overview
Stainless steel seamless tube 304 is one of the most widely used austenitic stainless steel grades, combining excellent corrosion resistance, good formability and outstanding weldability. Notre 304 stainless steel tubes are manufactured from hot-rolled or cold-drawn billets with strict process control and are supplied in both seamless and welded construction to meet the requirements of pressure piping, structural frames, fluid conveyance and sanitary applications. Every tube is fully annealed, pickled or bright-annealed, and hydro-tested before delivery.

Quality Control
Each heat of material is supplied with a mill test certificate (DANS 10204 3.1). Dimensional inspection is performed on every tube, and mechanical testing, flattening test and hydrostatic test are carried out according to the applicable standard. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV is available upon request.
