Chemical Composition analyze

ASTM A36 belongs to general low carbon steel, steel product with low carbon content less than 0.3%,it is considerably soft for easy forming, machining, 溶接. Heat treatment has less effect on ASTM A36 steel material. It contains some other elements including alloy element: manganese, sulfur, phosphorus and silicon. Iron and these elements together forms unique mechanical property of ASTM A36, unlike stainless steel with nickel and chromium element, it doesn’t show good corrosion resistance.
