Product Overview
Bobine d'acier galvanisé, also called GI coil, is a low carbon steel coil coated with a protective zinc layer through a hot-dip galvanizing process. The zinc coating provides excellent corrosion resistance and long service life, making galvanized coils widely used in construction, appareils électroménagers, automobiles and general fabrication. Our galvanized coils are produced from DX51D or SGCC grade base metal with zinc coating from Z80 to Z275, en régulier, minimized or zero spangle finishes to suit different forming and painting applications.

Quality Control
Each coil is tested for zinc coating weight, adhesion and dimensional accuracy according to the applicable standard. Mill test certificates are provided with each shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV is available upon request.
